15/15 Challenge The objective of this treadmill challenge is to cover as much distance as you can in 15 minutes with the treadmill set at a 15% incline. While the incline must remain at 15% during entire challenge, you can adjust the speed at any time. No holding on to treadmill with hands during challenge.
