1 whole salmon filet – cut into 3 inch filets – skin on
4 Tbls butter
2 Tbls olive oil
1 clove garlic – crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 lemon wedges
In a large pan, heat butter oil and garlic to medium heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon filets. Sear the filets. About 1 minute on skin side. Flip and baste the salmon with the butter, sear for approximately 3 minute, just until the salmon is light pink and flakey.
Squeeze a lemon wedge on each fillet and serve with fresh greens. Easy. 😀
